FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR FEES

There are a number of programs available for families or individuals that require support to pay for team or program fees.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER COSTS TO PLAY SOCCER?

Items such as equipment, team fees, tournament fees, club clothing and gear and travel are extra.

Team Fees (U7 – U19)

These fees are set by the team personnel following the preseason team meeting. These fees are collected to cover miscellaneous costs specific to the team (ie Team Building Events, Tournaments, Med Kit Supplies, Team Personnel Appreciation Gifts, etc)

Jerseys and Training Kit

U9 to U19 Players

Eastside no longer provides jerseys to teams, and will not ask players to provide deposit cheques for jerseys. Beginning in the Fall 2018 season, U9-U19 players buy an “Eastside kit”, which includes:

  • one game jersey with logo and number
  • one pair of Black shorts
  • one pair of Black socks
  • one training shirt with logo and number that will be the alternate jersey (when playing against another Eastside team or a team whose jerseys are similar to our maroon game jersey). This shirt may be used as a practice shirt.

U5 players

U5 players do not require an Eastside team kit, they will receive one Eastside performance training shirt as part of their registration.

U7 players

U7 Players receive a TimBits jersey, shorts, and socks (at no additional cost) and therefore do not require an Eastside kit.

Adult Players

Adult players will receive a jersey to use during the season as part of their registration fees. Jerseys must be returned at the end of the season.

If You Are Required to Order Clothing As Part of Registration…

Before registering, we strongly encourage players to visit Soccer Locker (477 2nd Ave N, 306-244-8933) to try on a sample game jersey, alternate shirt, short, and sock, and ensure they select the correct sizes on the registration form.
If you order the wrong size you must buy the correct size at your own cost, in addition to paying the kit price.
Players are required to wear shin guards and soccer cleats at the practices and games.
All players will need a water bottle during practices and games.

Optional

Club clothing and gear, including training suits, shirts, jackets and bags are available for purchase for those who would like to order items.

EYSA gratefully acknowledges funding contributions from SYSI which help support our mini soccer programs.
