DOWN THE KIDSPORT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATION FORM
To apply for KidSport funding to assist with registration fees, please follow the steps below:
Register with Eastside soccer (online at eastsidesoccer.ca) during our registration period. If registration has closed, you may add your name to a waiting list by emailing registrar@eastsidesoccer.ca.
When checking off the KidSport box for payment it asks for an application number which is simply 123456
Contact the club Registrar Dean Stanzel, registrar@eastsidesoccer.ca to indicate that you will be applying for KidSport funding.
Submit your KidSport application to the Saskatoon KidSport office. KidSport forms are available upon request and also on the KidSport website at www.kidsportcanada.ca/saskatchewan/saskatoon/apply-for-assistance/ If you have questions about the KidSport form, call (306) 975-0818 or email kidsport@sasksport.sk.ca
Players applying for KidSport must submit 10% of their soccer registration fees to Eastside Soccer while their KidSport application is being processed.
?KidSport will notify the applicant and Eastside Soccer of the results of your KidSport application. If KidSport has not granted you the full amount of your fees, please contact the club Registrar Dean Stanzel, registrar@eastsidesoccer.ca to discuss arrangements for the unpaid balance.

Eastside Soccer Fee Support Programs
Eastside Soccer is commitment to making soccer affordable and inclusive to kids. We offer various programs to our athletes that require fee and expense support:
1. Equipment swap - Eastside Soccer will be coordinating an equipment swap and donation program. If you have any gently used equipment that is in good condition please consider donating to this program. Watch the Eastside Soccer website for more information.
2. Eastside Tournament - every year Eastside provides its athletes an opportunity to volunteer as a marshal in our annual tournament. Any funds raised by the player during the tournament may be used to offset fees. Please contact our registrar @ registrar@eastsidesoccer.ca for more information.
3. Fee Relief Program - players may apply for additional fee relief by submitting the Financial Assistance Request form to our registrar @ registrar@eastsidesoccer.ca
