New Administrator Job Posting

POSITION: CLUB ADMINISTRATOR

September 1, 2020

The Eastside Youth Soccer Association is looking to fill the role of Club Administrator. The successful candidates can expect to join a 500+ member soccer club that offers play for all ages of youth and adults from recreational to all levels of competitive play. In this role, you will contribute to the effective daily operation of the Eastside Youth Soccer Association by providing administrative support and assistance, and interacting with multiple stakeholders. Duties are varied and include but are not limited to administration, registrar, marketing, communication, financial and special event planning. Bookkeeping duties are not part of the position.

The position is initially part-time with a potential transition to full time. The candidate should enjoy working with people, have excellent organizational skills, have a good understanding of youth sports and be able to work at home and on location when necessary.

Employment period: Six-month probationary contract (January 1 to August 31, 2021), followed by a possible one-year contract with extension.
